This is an amazing example of a classic Xiaguan puerh turned extraordinary through perfect storage conditions.
I recieved this tea from Master Lin's assistant's personal collection.
The tea is incredibly sweet with a gentle smokiness from the dry aging of 20 years. It smells of apricot and fruits with a bit of mandarin orange.
I personally like brewing sheng of this age very delicately- I like to "steal the sweetness." This method uses less leaf - maybe 1.5g/2g per 100ml with 195-200 degrees water, and very fast steepings.
The result is a beautifully fine sweet-smoky tea. A wonderful tea for summer!

Storage Instructions
Storage Instructions
Tea likes to be stored in an ambient temperature, away from light, and away from all other fragrant herbs, spices, etc. A designated drawer is good. You can also transfer your tea to a special clay jar for long term storage! If using glass, just make sure it's in a dark place, as the light can irritate Tea!
